Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
Your future role as a Cameron Kennedy 360 recruitment consultant offers variety & accountability as you manage & deliver an excellent full service to both candidate and client. Your role will include:
- Proactively winning new business via ‘warm-calling’ techniques and social media
- Taking exclusive, detailed vacancies and negotiating terms
- Handling objections from prospect clients and candidates
- Socialising with clients, prospect clients and candidates
- Sourcing business intelligence from every candidate and client conversation
- Sourcing high-calibre candidates using online and offline sourcing techniques
- Selling client opportunities and securing candidates’ buy-in
- Managing the interview process to offer stage and start
- Meeting clients at their offices and via video conferencing
- Acting as our clients and candidates’ ambassadors at all times

Not Just For Trainees
All our staff attend external training sessions with recruitment experts such as Mike Walmsley. These sessions include one-to-one Zoom coaching sessions that drill down into the specific goals and objectives of an individual.
We believe in supporting continual improvement both professionally and personally so our team can master skills for today’s ever-changing world.
Induction and weekly development training includes:
- “Show me” sessions whereby managers or directors make live candidate, and client calls or review live call recording
- Workshop based sessions with workbooks and action plans
- Training Handbook covering every aspect of recruitment
- Weekly training sessions run by a manager to alleviate an issue that staff may have encountered during the working week (e.g. countering counter offers, objection handling)
Management
