We Are Always On The Lookout For Exceptional People

Nothing beats a personal recommendation from someone you trust and if you work with us as a candidate it might well be because someone mentioned us to you, or we approached you on someone else’s recommendation.

We’re always on the lookout for exceptional people with financial or professional services experience. They may not be looking for a new role right now, but might in the future. And if you refer someone to us that we don’t already know and go on to place we’ll give you a little “thank you” worth up to £500. So we’d love to hear from you who you really rate – this might be someone you did your CFA with, perhaps met on a CPD course, or is simply the best colleague that you’ve ever worked with.

  • The referred individual must be placed by Bruin within 6 months of registering with Bruin.
  • The referral fee will be paid on successful completion of the placed individual’s probationary period.
  • The value of the referral fee is dependent on the placed individual’s remuneration package. See below.
  • Referral fees must be claimed within 6 months of eligibility ie successful completion of the placed individual’s probationary period.

For contract roles of more than 3 months:

  • Up to £250 pd pay rate or £60k pa annual equivalent salary (for FTCs): £200 voucher
  • Over £250 pd pay rate or £60k pa annual equivalent salary (for FTCs): £400 voucher
  • Up to £75k pa basic salary: £250 voucher
  • Over £75k pa basic salary: £500 vouch
