SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven background in treasury operations working within the treasury team of a multi country and therefore multi-currency organisation Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and proactive ability to solve problems when they arise
• Capable of prioritising tasks effectively under pressure while taking responsibility for both individual and team work, and offering support to the team as needed to meet targets.
• People management experience and excellent leadership skills.
• Excellent clear communication skills and strong relationship building and development skills
• Ambitious individual, eager to learn and develop
• Operational Import and export trade finance experience
• Experience of an ERP system

THE ROLE
The Treasury Operations Supervisor will have oversight of the Group's Treasury Operations including payments, bank reconciliations, hedging, cash flow forecasting, export and import finance, all bank documentation and related project work.   The role includes the following:

• Supervision of treasury operations team responsible for cash allocation, payments, GL entries ensuring these are delivered timely and accurately; release of export finance instruments; gather supplier guarantees, escalating any issues; ensuring processing of payments within online banking platforms including purchase ledger runs, employee payments or one-off payments coordination of treasury queries
• Support all internal and external audit requests;
• Prepare reporting for the balance sheet FX exposure and placing proposals;
• Ensure members of your team meet timetables and KPI targets;
• Assist in the development, maintenance, and implementation of policies and internal controls;
• Involvement with Cash-flow forecasting and consolidation of European entities, assisting Senior Treasury Management identify all variances;
• Bank operations coordination and regulatory reporting when necessary;
• Assist in Treasury projects;
• Other duties as assigned.
