We're seeking a talented individual to handle complex property transactions and provide expert legal advice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload of commercial and residential property matters
• Handle disposals, acquisitions, and lease negotiations
• Provide regeneration advice and tackle administrative/environmental law issues
• Offer guidance to junior staff and deputize for the Principal Lawyer
• Advise council members and attend key meetings

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of ILEX (or equivalent)
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in property law
• Strong background in commercial and/or residential conveyancing
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
