Our Client are an award winning Organic Beauty and Skincare care products company

They are looking for a Sales Administrator

 Duties include:

  • Amazon accounts: Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts
  • Creating new product listings, processing orders
  • Managing disputes of shortage and price claims
  • Managing and coordinating all deliveries with logistics and the warehouse
  • Inventory Management for Amazon accounts
  • Producing reports for management and implementing promotional activity
  • Answering the phone and assisting customers with their queries
  • Handling customer reviews, complaints and return requests from online platforms
  • Develop and manage our other e-commerce accounts, including E-bay
  • Any other adhoc duties
 

Essential requirements:

 Minimum 3 years’ experience processing Amazon FBA orders

 Experience for Amazon listing optimisation / PPC experience

Previous experience of Amazon Marketing Services - campaigns/product launches

 Inventory Management

 Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time

 Results oriented, entrepreneurial, and self-motivating


Working hours: Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
