Urgent Vacancy: Finance Transformation Specialist - Your Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our Finance Transformation Programme (FTP) in a critical role supporting our revenue function, particularly our segregated mandates business. This position reports to a senior revenue manager and is part of our ongoing investment in the finance team to drive efficiency and improve business support through process, data, and technology enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, financial analysis, and monthly account reconciliations
  
  
• Accurately accrue revenue and rebates, invoice segregated mandate clients, and provide insightful commentary and variance analysis
  
  
• Research and resolve accounting issues
  
  
• Drive process and reporting improvements
  
  
• Understand data flow and utilize various accounting software
  
  
• Recommend and implement departmental procedures and systems
  
  
• Collaborate with other departments on financial transactions and inquiries
  
  
• Support finance transformation through current and future state assessments
  
  
• Work with process owners to resolve emerging transformation program issues
  
  

Required Skills

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in financial control
  
  
• Proven team leadership experience
  
  
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS, particularly related to revenue
  
  
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  
  
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities
  
  
• Attention to detail and high-quality work delivery
  
  
• Process improvement mindset
  
  
• Quick learner with enthusiasm for understanding the role's requirements
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
