Key Responsibilities:- Oversee regulatory compliance for licensed entities in the Isle of Man
- Act as Compliance Officer, managing the compliance team
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Develop and implement AML policies in conjunction with the MLRO
- Provide expert advice on regulatory matters and represent the company in industry forums
- Manage risk assessments and maintain risk registers
- Ensure timely submission of compliance returns and regulatory reports
- Act as a subject matter expert advising the business
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Compliance role within the Trust or Fiduciary industry
- Experience as a Compliance Officer or MLRO or other senior compliance role in a Fiduciary business (highly desirable)
- Degree level qualification, preferably in Business, Legal, Compliance, or Risk Management
- Strong knowledge of Isle of Man financial services regulations
- Excellent communication and report writing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
