THE COMPANY

A rapidly growing, privately-owned hospitality group is seeking an experienced Group Payroll Manager to join their Finance team at their Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead a team of 4 and oversee payroll operations for up to 1,500 employees across multiple locations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven experience in processing monthly and weekly/biweekly payrolls for large organizations
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data analysis abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of payroll legislation
  • Ability to work effectively with external suppliers
  • Ability to manage a team of people

THE ROLE

  • Manage and develop a team of 4 within the payroll team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for hotels, restaurants, and care homes.
  • Develop best practices, policies, and procedures for payroll operations
  • Maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
