Strategic Finance Business Partner - HRA & Capital 3 months rolling £600 per day

The Council is seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) Development & Acquisition activities within the capital programme. The ideal candidate will posses:

• A strong understanding of the HRA and have experience in investment appraisal, including payback and NPV calculations, as well as knowledge of the interactions between Right to Buy receipts and grant funding.
• As the Council has recently transitioned to a new financial system, Oracle Fusion, the role will also involve supporting the integration of this system, assisting project managers and senior leaders in navigating processes, and achieving successful outcomes for our ambitious commissioning and regeneration programmes.

This position is part of the Capital Finance Business Partner team within the Strategic Finance Service.
