Operations Resilience and Process Business Analyst London  £450 - 500 per day (Hybrid)  

This role is pivotal in ensuring the resilience of our operations and refining our business processes. The ideal candidate will start immediately and work closely with the CTO, contributing significantly to our ongoing projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze and improve operational processes to ensure resilience and efficiency.

- Develop and implement process flows and documentation.

- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Support various ongoing projects with a focus on operational resilience.

- Provide regular updates and reports to the CTO.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience in operations resilience and process analysis.

- Proficiency in process modeling tools and methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
